Information you provide

Our review form collects your name, company, business email, operating region, utility, approximate monthly energy spend, and any optional phone number, renewal date, or referral source you supply. Please do not enter payment details, utility account numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information. This form does not accept bill uploads.

How the form works

Submitting the form sends your details by email to Mike and Jay so they can respond to your request and discuss energy services. Submitting does not enroll you in an energy contract or authorize a supplier switch. Inquiry processing uses Hostinger website hosting and email services. The website form does not add your details to an advertising audience or automated marketing list.

Cookies, logs, and the Decision Lab

The inquiry form uses a temporary security session cookie. The server maintains hashed network identifiers and submission times for abuse prevention, and logs submission references. Hosting services may keep technical access and security logs, including IP addresses. The Decision Lab calculates in your browser; its inputs are not included in the inquiry. Downloaded briefs remain on your device. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts are installed by this website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google's servers.

Retention and requests

Inquiries remain in the business email system while needed for follow-up, business records, and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify the request and retain information when required for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations.
